Information we collect
When you request a service, we collect the contact details, organisation name, selected service, preferred contact method, deadline and description you submit. We do not ask for passwords, banking credentials or eFiling login details through this website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to assess your request, contact you, prepare a scope and fee, and keep an appropriate record of the communication. Submitting a request does not itself create an accountant-client engagement.
Sharing and retention
Information is accessed only by people who need it to respond or administer the request, and by service providers supporting secure website operations where necessary. We retain enquiry records only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
Your choices

Please first submit a general request. Our team will confirm the appropriate method for sending tax records, identity documents, financial statements or other sensitive material.
